HYDRAULIC UNCOILER Mod. S

Uncoilers made with a rigid and extremely robust arc-welded steel structure that rests on the ground on cross members that can be stacked with forklift truck. The ground steel mandrel shaft supports four self-centring expanding spokes, including eight adjustable and removable strip guides to hold the coil. The mandrel can either be controlled idle or motorised depending on the need. The mandrel can be extended manually and hydraulically (with lever-operated pump) or electrically and hydraulically (with a motor pump).
To reduce the size as much as possible, both the mandrel motor and the control unit are inside the reel structure; the electrical control panel is also built-in to the machine. The strip loop is controlled by two contact rollers positioned at the base of the reel to reduce the length of the unwinding loop to a minimum.
